kim hammond

Hi, I’m Kim, a myotherapist with a passion for keeping people active and healthy. Thanks to my background in netball and basketball I believe that being able to enjoy life to its fullest starts with a healthy and strong physical body.

My professional journey started in 2012 when I graduated from a Bachelor’s of Health Science, becoming a Clinical Myotherapist. Over the past twelve years I have worked across continents and alongside many different therapists such as osteopaths, chiropractors, massage therapists and physiotherapists.

It’s thanks to this diverse list of collaborations that I’ve grown to specialise in long term chronic pain. As our bodies move and respond differently, my workflow starts with a thorough examination and assessment, followed by hands-on treatment during appointments. My process is carefully designed to make sure that we keep our eyes on the prize, which is making sure your body is healthy and happy again.

I love working in the clinic and spending time teaching and learning from those I work with.

MYEE LOWERSON-PERIC

Hello! My name is Myee, I am a clinical myotherapist with the goal of helping people get back to doing what they love!

Since completing my Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Myotherapy, I love having the opportunity to help people understand and manage their pain. Whether that be through hands on treatment, or providing exercise and movement strategies, my focus remains on achieving positive long-term outcomes.

With a passion for moving my body, through playing netball, running and the gym, I have a special interest in aiding individuals in their return to sport, whether that be from injury or enhancing performance and recovery.

A session with me will involve a thorough assessment, a variety of manual therapy techniques, followed by education/advice and targeted exercises, all of which is tailored to the individual, to target your specific goals.

Having grown up on the Surf Coast, in my spare time you will find me at the beach, walking my dogs, spending time with friends/family, and watching the footy (go Bombers!)

Myee is available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. She is also studying a Masters of Applied Sport Science at Deakin
